Marica did a great job planning our trip to Italy. She listened to our feedback and catered the trip specifically to our needs. What I appreciated the most is how prompt and easy the communication between me and Marica was. I got stuck in a pickle many times (being in a foreign country) and she was right there, hands on, making changes to our already made itinerary. Because we didn’t speak the language, and because it was our first time in Italy, it was very hard for us to understand how to navigate our ways throughout the country. Marica made sure our transportation was personally taken care of. She booked our train tickets and gave insightful information on specific tours and activities. This saved us a lot of time. Everything was wonderfully arranged and she honestly took the thinking out of it for us. We can’t thank Marica enough for her help!
